PRE-ORDERS 

All Pre-Orders require a small non-refundable deposit. Once the balance is due on your pre-order, you will receive an email with a link to pay the balance on your order. We do not auto-charge preorders, so it is important that you check your email once the item is released so that you can pay your balance.

RETURN POLICY

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You MUST report any issues with your order within 30 day of it shipping from our shop. Failure to do so greatly limits our tools of investigating your claim. We will not cover any claims past 30 days of shipping from our NJ shop.

Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, a credit will be applied to your store account. 

To start a return, contact us at pushingplastictoys@gmail.com within 3 days of receipt of your item. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Terms of Use

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from WolfKingCustoms LLC are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND TITLE

WolfKingCustoms LLC does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our warehouse. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. In this situation, WolfKingCustoms LLC does not take title to the refunded item.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS

WolfKingCustoms LLC attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, WolfKingCustoms LLC does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any WolfKingCustoms LLC Service is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by WolfKingCustoms LLC is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

PRODUCT PRICING

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, WolfKingCustoms LLC shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, your payment method will be refunded in the amount of the charge.

IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

DISPUTES

If a dispute should arise between you and WolfKingCustoms LLC, we want to provide you with a resolution that is efficient and cost effective by using our customer service team. Almost all customer service disputes can be resolved to the customer's satisfaction by contacting our customer service by email at wolfkingcustoms@gmail.com. If your dispute cannot be resolved using our customer service team, these Terms of Use describe how we shall proceed with the resolution of the dispute.

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation or validity thereof, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by arbitration in the state of NJ, before one arbitrator. Judgment on the Award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction. This clause shall not preclude parties from seeking provisional remedies in aid of arbitration from a court of appropriate jurisdiction. Allocation of Fees and Costs: The arbitrator may, in the Award, allocate all or part of the costs of the arbitration, including the fees of the arbitrator and the reasonable attorneys' fees of the prevailing party.

We each agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration we each waive any right to a jury trial. We also both agree that you or we may bring suit in court to enjoin infringement or other misuse of intellectual property rights.

APPLICABLE LAW

By using any WolfKingCustoms LLC Service, you agree that the Federal Arbitration Act, applicable federal law, and the laws of the state of NJ, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and WolfKingCustoms LLC.

Privacy Policy

We receive, collect and store any information you enter on our website or provide us in any other way. In addition, we collect the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet; login; e-mail address; password; computer and connection information and purchase history. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page. We also collect personally identifiable information (including name, email, password, communications); payment details (including credit card information), comments, feedback, product reviews, recommendations, and personal profile.

We collect such Non-personal and Personal Information for the following purposes:

  1. To provide and operate the Services;

  2. To provide our Users with ongoing customer assistance and technical support;

  3. To be able to contact our Visitors and Users with general or personalized service-related notices and promotional messages;

  4. To create aggregated statistical data and other aggregated and/or inferred Non-personal Information, which we or our business partners may use to provide and improve our respective services; 

  5. To comply with any applicable laws and regulations.

Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.  

 

All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
